Confirm the fixed carbon content, ash content, and absence of impurities (e.g., stones, soil, unburned wood).
Conduct a visual inspection to assess overall quality, including hardness, proper carbonization, odor, and absence of additives.
2. Size & Grading
Verify that lump sizes fall within the agreed range
Report the percentage of fines
3. Packing & Handling
Ensure packaging complies with contract specifications
Confirm that bags are new, clean, and properly labeled.
4. Quantity Verification
Confirm the total weight or volume packed into the container.
5. Supplier Verification
Conduct a security and registration check on the supplier to verify legal registration, export eligibility, and compliance with shipping regulations from Namibia.
